Hello everyone,

It has been a long time since I have reached out to you. I hope all is well and you are having a great summer. I have placed myself back in the kitchen over seeing that part of the restaurant, so I apologize for not personally greeting you if you have been here. As we approach the fall season we look forward to the best months for al fresco dining. Just a reminder that Tuesdays & Fridays are still byob with no corkage fee. We are closed on Mondays. The plan is to try to stay open this year in the winter months, at least for the weekends. As that time draws nearer I will post the days and hours. I also intend to make those days that we are open in( Jan. Feb. Mar.)
byob nights every night. I know a lot of people travel to Bergen county for they have a lot of byob restaurants but now you can bring your favorite bottle and save money on gas. I thank you for being a Civiles' supporter and if you do stop by pop your head in the kitchen and say hello.
